Halloween Advent Cookie Sheet Calendar
Check out this cute Halloween advent calendar from Larsen Loves made with a cookie sheet! It looks very easy to make using scrapbook paper, ribbon and magnets. It's so simple it could be used for all kinds of countdowns.....birthdays, vacation, etc. Just change the paper to fit the event!! Thursday, October 1, 2009
Toilet Paper Pumpkins
Chocolate on my Cranium offers a cute, simple and cheap way to make decorative pumpkins for the Halloween/Fall season here. I thought it was pretty creative the way she used toilet paper (of all things) as the base of the pumpkin!! =) What a great way to make storing toilet paper in the bathroom cute!!

decorative balls and more
I am sure that many of you saw these yesterday on UCreate but I just had to post them here for my little file box. I have actually used this wrapping technique before for some cute little Easter chicks I made for my girls last year. Although it is a little time consuming the result is something that looks very beautiful. Check out this tutorial on V and Co. right here. :)
You can also use that same wrapping technique to improve some of those old glass vases that you have lying around your house. I saw this awhile back on A Soft Place to Land and have had them on my craft to do list. Check them out here.
