Stick wreath form (Hobby Lobby floral section $4.99)
butterflies (Hobby Lobby floral section $1.99)
spider webs (Dollar Tree $1)
crows x 2 (Dollar Tree $2)
big spider (Dollar Tree $1)
Probably the easiest project I have ever done. I love the combo of the pretty butterflies, mysterious crows, and creepy spiders. Halloween crafting is offically underway :)

Love the butterflies ... a surprise addition to Halloween decor !!!

ReplyDeleteHello Tortoise and Hare! I just found your blog and it is so lovely!
ReplyDeleteI followed a pin from pinterest of the super hero party. That costume is adorable. ADORABLE!
Which leads me to why I'm writing! Next month, on my blog, lassothemoon.typepad.com , I am featuring guest posts and tutorials from other bloggers with amazing DIY costume and dress up ideas.
If you think that's something you'd be interested in, please let me know and I'll send you the rest of the info. Don't feel like you need to invent something new--it's a crazy busy time--just something that you've already done that could be tweaked and packaged as a guest post on my blog. The article would be full of your photos and creativity, as well as links and a sidebar ad for the duration of the feature. I hope you'll say yes! You'd be such a great addition to the event!
Thanks!
