My daughter spent the better part of this afternoon and evening making paper snowflakes. There were so many little scraps of paper on the floor, I think we could have opened up a confetti store.Tutorial found at High Hopes.

One of my try loves in life...cupcakes. I found a template for these cute cupcake wrappers and had to try them immediately. Thankfully I had all the activity girls coming over so I had an excuse to make a batch of cupcakes. Check it out at Snow and Graham.

Many of you may not know but whenever I sense boredom in my children I always get out the origami paper and we start folding. I have lots of little origami jumping frogs around my house. I was excited when I saw these little boxes (which yes we have made) on Creature Comforts. It is amazing how using some pages from an old book can make any project look stunning.
In a post from a few days ago I have a vintage book stand decoration that I had made. This is just another take on that same technique...a little tree. I just love the cute decorations and sequin garland...very cute and clever. Check it out at Capture the Details.
I was looking for a fun little ornament to make with my Activity Days girls and I think these are it...check them out at Simply Modern Mom.
I know these are in Halloween decor but the technique can be used on frames for any holiday or occasion. Can't wait to make some for the holidays. Check them out here.
I actually heard about Martha Stewart's clip art crafts on the On Demand feature on my TV. She has some beautiful table setting cards for Thanksgiving that I can't wait to use. I love when people do the work for me and all I have to do is push print. Check out all the fun projects here.
