Today the girls and I had some fun folding paper and making cranes. We have high hopes of making a chandelier to hang in the soon to be playroom. Lots of fun!

cupcake wrappers
One of my try loves in life...cupcakes. I found a template for these cute cupcake wrappers and had to try them immediately. Thankfully I had all the activity girls coming over so I had an excuse to make a batch of cupcakes. Check it out at Snow and Graham.Wednesday, March 17, 2010

shabby chic banner
So cute and so easy!! I wonder if this same idea could work using coffee filters instead of crepe paper. Check it out at Tatertots and Jello from {a.e. filkins}.

pinwheel jello
First I saw these adorable pinwheels and fell in love. Check them out at Style Me Pretty.
Then I saw these pinwheel jello jigglers. Find them at la * T * da. My daughters preschool class better watch out because I think their little bellies are about to be filled with jello.

origami box ornament
Many of you may not know but whenever I sense boredom in my children I always get out the origami paper and we start folding. I have lots of little origami jumping frogs around my house. I was excited when I saw these little boxes (which yes we have made) on Creature Comforts. It is amazing how using some pages from an old book can make any project look stunning.Tuesday, December 8, 2009
notebook christmas tree
In a post from a few days ago I have a vintage book stand decoration that I had made. This is just another take on that same technique...a little tree. I just love the cute decorations and sequin garland...very cute and clever. Check it out at Capture the Details.

clip art crafts
I actually heard about Martha Stewart's clip art crafts on the On Demand feature on my TV. She has some beautiful table setting cards for Thanksgiving that I can't wait to use. I love when people do the work for me and all I have to do is push print. Check out all the fun projects here.
