I love the Tangarang site, it's really inspired me to get a little more creative for Christmas as I've just missed Halloween. Meanwhile what Clare & I do make are vintage china cake stands at www.letthemeatcake.co.uk; they're a little more eclectic than the antique one you featured as they're mismatched and often have a tea cup perched on the top.
