I have never made cupcakes with fondant before but these have just made me decide that I can't wait any longer. How beautiful...wouldn't just one of these wrapped up pretty be such a fun gift for friends. Check them out at The Inspired Bride.

Those cupcakes are beautiful. Just a couple of tips from a girl whose used fondant. Wilton's fondant is nasty! You can make your own marshmallow fondant, which is super simple and taste much better. Also instead of using confection's sugar, to roll out the fondant, you should use cornstarch. Especially with the marshmallow fondant. The fondant will soak up the sugar and change consistancy.
